I agree. People tend to look at names without knowing if they fit Bolton's plan. Coaching unity is important and development is where it is for us.

mckay worries me just as much and he's in charge. whats his history of success and experience?

A few hits but a lot of misses with player contracts over his employ, he'd have to be target#1 re: SOS's apparent dismay at the list/contract status and overpaying.

Perhaps he'll shine under the new regime and having a list manager on board now.

Doesn't fill me with optimism on his injury updates, averse to letting it out in the open, 2 weeks....

Great. Another year of watching our rucks take that quick glance at the opposite ruck, lose the flight of the ball and their run up. He may be great dev coach but we needed some new eyes on our ruckmen.

Thoughts on getting David Hale in as ruck coach?

He's just retired so still fresh from the game, potentially interested in a coaching gig, would have worked alongside Bolton before, and was a very good ruckman/forward in his own right.
