Im in...how is the draft order chosen?

The list of names will be dropped into a random list generator....Or I can do record a live draw and pull all the names out of a hat like they do in Champions league and World Cup draws.

However, I want to be considered an expansion poster; I demand the first 24 picks and if I don't like any of the players that I pick, I reserve the right to trade them to other posters for the following year's top 12 picks, otherwise I just can't see how I can compete with posters who have a hard fought pedigree and tradition in choosing their buddies.
