Jake Barrett, from Temora in southern NSW, was recruited by the GIANTS in the 2013 NAB AFL Draft as a NSW zone selection player. He is a tough midfielder with a great work-rate and endurance. Barrett is the first cousin of Hawthorn premiership player Luke Breust and second cousin on former Dally M winner and NRL star Trent Barrett.
