Thanks to Kerr being available at our last, we're going in with a 40/4 set-up next year.

2 rookies on Monday and we're done.

Reading between the lines Polson was injured this year so went unnoticed and we have him as a project player.

I seem to remember that a certain player ie Jack who was injured , played APS and flew under the radar.

The source is probably completely unreliable, but it's a rumour nonetheless.

I just got home from a function, There was a quite intoxicated man there who took quite a liking to MrsCoach16. As I was "saving" her, he struck up a conversation with me. Mumbled and splattered something about having "contacts at Carlton"....

Immediately I thought BF! After a little persuasion, he told me there's a kid we're getting at the draft. Both the club and the boy are Already committed. Apparently, the club told him to NOT attend any draft camps, keep a low profile, etc and they would definitely pick him up...

Not sure where the boy is from, or even where he's playing. But supposedly an onballer who wins his own footy.
Goes by the name "Cam Polson".

Does anyone know this name or heard of this kid?"

I hate when you guys kill it!

See a lot of Zach Merrett in Fisher, Macredie had an average year but you don't lose talent, with his attributes he's every chance to be the best tall from the draft. Kerr in the 60's is ridiculous, had a better champs than Marshall or Battle and SPS is going to be so damn influential. SOS bringing the goods again.

You havent had much to hate in the last 30 yrs of drafts

I think dodoro is getting better with age. McGrath was the right pick and I liked ridley.

Wells on the other hand is losing the plot.

SOS has the goods. Do not under estimate Zac Fisher, believe me.

day after and I am very happy. one more trade/draft period to go in the 66 game rebuild and if next year is like the last two we have done very well. really added some excitment to our list. sps fisher pickett polson all look like game breakers. macreadie has enormous talent and williamson looks classy. the important point is they are all good ball users. that's what we need with added pace. add this lot to the kids we already have developing and there are going to be some exciting moments in 2017. Go Blues

We are going to look like a rebranded 95 premiership team. Rock solid rebounding defenders, genius extractor and big dominant forward in McKay.

Reading Quigleys summary, am I the only one who reads Fevola in his description of Kerr?
If so, I like it!!!
Love those straight ahead lead up forwards. Call me old fashioned but it's how I like to see the game played.

Did it mention anything about alcohol, gambling and issues with women??

The bloke Geelong picked up, his name sounds like the nasty rash I picked up during my last visit to Thailand!

Early days I know, but even so, it looks to have been a great move to have done that trade with Hawthorn which effectively landed us Macreadie, Williamson and Kerr.

Really surprised GWS didn't take Macreadie.....and then overlooked Sproule, also

Just saw the SPS interview post draft, sounds like a really balanced sort of kid. Love that he got his hands dirty before the draft to stay busy. Speaks well and seems genuinely pleased to be here. Love the 'happiness' comment about Bolts. Magic in the air... Cripps to SPS, laces out to Mackay and the Blues are in again!
