List Mgmt. 2016 Draft - It was on last Friday.

Only have three spots on our list according to my calculations. Will use the first three, but bummed we didn't get back into the first round to be honest. Would rather a Pick at 15 this year than next year.

I could be wrong but think you're right in that there is only 3 spots left?

Can only assume that means there will be a few more delistings to follow? You need to make at least 3 picks in the draft I think?

Deeper draft this year, next year better on 'talent' in the top 10 because of talls. But the two best are academy tied and the others eg: Balta & Stephenson could well be top 5-7 so out of our pick range.

I'd rather an (mid) Ollie Florent at 13-15 this year, than a (mid) Jack Higgins at Pick 15-18 next year for example.

Might not a need to get a mid next year.

Tough one between Venables and Powell-Pepper. I suspect both will be gone. Not a fan of Graham.

If you were drafting which way would you go given the make up of the draft pool being mainly midfield/flanker types as opposed to KPPs. Would you look at a KPP first if there are a handful available at 27 or would you take the best available midfielder and wait until next year for the KPPs draft.

Id be starting with Batchelor and Lambert. Not sure about Butler 50/50.

Kicked at 49% in the U18 Champs. Nuff said for me.

Battle is the other KPP we might consider at 27. I'm not sure about him. Great endurance but poor speed. I think if Powell-Pepper (unlikely), Drew (possibly) or Poholke (probably) are there I'd take them instead.

I really like Poholke. Not much noise about him but he reminds me a bit of Dusty.

I think the thing Battle has going for him is he looks untapped. Has improved a lot this year and it seems like players that come home like a steam train end up adapting to the level a bit better. I'd still probably like us to go a mid at 27.
