The chances of Florent sliding to our pick seem pretty good if the rumours are to believed. I think he's a bit of a Dalrymple type too and would be happy with him.

English less likely, but I think clubs will be put off by the years they will have to wait for him. I'm not totally sure about him, we could spend years on him yet he might not make it. I guess we are in a position to take a punt on him though.

Cedric Cox is probably the other one if both these are unavailable.

And even if he does make it, there's a reasonably high chance he'll move to another club for opportunity just before he's ready to explode after we've invested 7 or 8 years into him. Considering the go-home factor, the ruck merry-go-round and the amount of time we'll need to put into him before getting any return, I'd be very hesitant to pick him up.

I came to the same conclusion last night actually, I think he could become a very damaging player at AFL level. With the right development he could end up an absolute superstar.

Although theirs a heap of others I'd be happy with in that range who might slide.

I'd like one key forward though. And I want us to look at Darcy Cameron.

Surprised about cox but not about Marshall. Port just got rid of But her and Schulz. They need big forwards, preferably more mobile than Dixon.

In a phantom so far I've got Hayward, Maibaum and Lebois. Out of curiousity would you guys be happy with that?

I doubt we'll take Lebois though. Seems a specialist small forward, we tend to value versatility highly. Wonder where Dal rates Ridley?

Do not want Clarke at all - brother curse, and he seems a step down from SPP is we want a competitive beast (the kind of guys that stand up in finals).

We have a Cat B rookie to access like every other club though, don't know much about him.
