Cox is a right footer isn't he? Pretty cool that I can't even tell
You are quite right Fronk - my apologies. I saw Cox drill four perfect left foot kicks in the video and assumed he was a lefty. Upon a closer look it appears he is comfortable on both sides and just goes to his left without hesitation when he should do so. He fooled me...but my point remains...Bevo loves dual sided players.

Ive got to go out to dinner. This isnt fair. First time in years I havent been hanging on the draft, and from a neutral perspective this is the most exciting one in years.

Here is the template for the experience if someone would like to be me?

1. Irrational excitement about player x who is tall.
2. Anger at club for selecting player Y who I have not heard of in my brief sojourn from trolling GWS/Adelaide/Norf supporters to exploring information about draftees (Note: Player turns out to be star)
3. Confusion over the selection of X number of mids.
4. Complete meltdown over non KPD selections.

Reading some people melting during the drafts is worth a good laugh both now and in a few years time.

We won the flag this year whilst having Murphy Adams Suckling Wallis Redpath and Jong all out, we have already added Cloke and have Williams honeychurch webb smith lynch all looking at pushing for more games in 2017

That's 12 players right there to add to our premiership side, while only losing Hamling.

Our list lacks key forwards developing (Marshall, battle) and a developing ruckman (English).

We don't need to add to our premiership Winning side to make an impact straight away, what we need to do is round out our list and keep developing for sustained success.

Agree. I'd be slightly disappointed if we didn't adopt this approach. Although who am I to doubt the great man that is S.Dal

And if we draft Cox we can recycle all the immature calls we used to make with WC...

... the Doggies might struggle today playing with Cox out
... the Doggies look dangerous with Cox in there
...the Doggies look a different side with Cox out/in
...Cox coming in has really lifted the dogs
...the Doggies look a bit deflated running onto the ground with Cox out

With Rex back , he will have a field day !

Worse part about tonight will be at training for me. Around 30 blokes are in the draft and we finish training around the 3rd round

Duel sided players cover a multitude of sins.
It's why blokes like Hawkins and Mitchell were super stars.

Also Leon Cameron

Cameron was no super star . Good footballer but that's it.
What I find amusing about the Giants right now , they carry on with all this macho bs.
All the things Cameron was not. Best way I can describe the way he played - exact opposite to C Smith.

Who ever dal picks up I'm all happy with, just don't see how fans think we need someone to make an impact straight away, we have player who've drafted in the last few years as the players that we should look at as the ones to impact in 2017

I tend to agree but with Murphy, Boyd and Morris coming to the end, plus the uncertainty over Adams, you can see some logic in looking at defenders.

Always have this feeling that all three will retire next year
I always get the vibe that Moz has a few good years left. He's still an absolute gun and whenever he's asked about retirement, he responds something like "I'm gonna keep playing as long as the club will have me" or "I'm enjoying playing too much to stop".
