Lloyd Meek is a ruck I'm going to keep an eye on. Any ruck who can be an effective forward is worth their weight in gold.

Thanks to his rowing background he is already at the 100kg mark too which is a bonus.

Moves well for someone who is 201cm and over 100kgs. I'll have to keep an eye on him because that is the sort of ability at ground level and up forward that I think we'll be looking for with our rucks.

I imagine that he will I can't really think of another decent VC ruck.
