Let's hope they take the towns north of the Murray off them too like they intimated. That's where they're getting Setterfield, Mutch and I think Sproule this year. Massive AFL areas that don't need, and haven't gotten help from GWS. It's bullshit.
I have been thinking about this for a while & although I hate them as much as the next guy, I think there is a better solution:
Any player recruited with picks traded from other teams, does not get a 20% discount in the points system.
All picks that are used for points must then be used later in the draft and can not be just passed.
Teams that draft players from their academy from their own live pick, do not include his first rookie contract in their salary cap (only 200k or so but might entice someone).

This will mean that the academy teams can get the players but must choose which ones and will have a harder time getting the picks for that player. This still encourages development but also teams to be trading up and not back.

That's a real Bevo sort of team. Would swap Dickson and Hrovat though and try and upgrade the key back spots, maybe Rischitelli is a weak link too but otherwise not bad

I love how dal will come out and pick a kid that has not been mentioned in this thread.
Example - Webb, Lukas.
Was barely on the radar as a 4th rounder on most phantoms despite rumours De Goey tagged him at an APS game!

That mark from Blakey in the first video was a good one.
I think Junker was lucky to get the highlight in that game, his team mate kicked a goal on an even tougher angle with even more pressure on him than what Galluci did in the first video

Fowler appears twice in the first one and all he is doing is reading where the football is going better than anybody else in the contests. Classic small forward 101.

Has some toe though.
