:(, how is his kicking skill ?
I haven't seen him lately but I don't remember him being much good with ball in hand, playing as a midfielder at his size will get plenty of brain blood commited elsewhere but if we are looking for a big body to run around for 25-30 touches and we wear average use - keep Barlow.

We need more good user of the ball than ball winner and give the ball back to opposition.

2015 - elite kicking efficiency @ 84% - third highest of any defender in the AFL. Good interceptor, good rebounder. Not a great ball winner though. 192cm - tick! Does pretty well matching up on those mobile forwards like Darling from memory but even did well against Eddie Betts in a game a couple of years back.
Hence the reason I wish we could grab him, good size but quick. He is no world beater but would be best 22 for us I would imagine.

Tom Nicholls from Gold Coast comes out of contract end of year...worth having a crack? Would help shore up our ruck stocks especially if Clarke leaves...

Mobile, young and although out of form this year is very capable...superseded Zac Smith hence Zac's move to Geelong last offseason

I would like us to pick apart the 2nd tier comps. It looks like we could need 5 or 6 picks this year. Plus look at afl clubs players who are outside the 22 and offer them a spot in ours.

Anybody know this dude Harry marsh that debut for Sydney apart from playing for east freo before this.
During his draft year he was reported as being an undersized tall, great speed, dodgy disposal, and someone who had no clear best position. That is my memory. He slid in the draft from where he was talked about going on bf.

Thanks, if he turn good then I know Sydney spend sometime on his development.

He started as an inside midfielder but was turned in to a running defender. He improved a lot playing NEAFL last year and was a good interceptor and had one of the best kicks at the club (79.6% DE). He's only 22yo and 189cm (assuming up-to-date). Sydney de-listed him (end of last year) and re-rookied him and he's doing well again in the NEAFL this year with a couple of BOGs. Definitely one to keep an eye on as a Margaret River lad.

He's very quick across the ground great closing speed.true he's not a great ball winner but locks down tall or short has long kick 60+ mtrs.kept betts down to 7 possession in his 200th game,he would be a good pick up for freo

Problem is we're just not going to have the picks, and I don't think Bond has it in him to do much wheeling and dealing.

We need a few second rounds picks. Hopefully Mayne/Clarke

One for McCarthy, one for Litherland??, a pick for one of the ruckman likely to go in the second round, anyone else?? Brad Hill?
