Petrevski Seaton putting up the same kind of numbers as McCluggage in the WAFL Colts. Very similar players but McClugg performed much better in the champs.

Bowes likely getting bid on means we'll be happy either way IMO. Even if we leapfrog Richmond this week.

Didn't SPS have a hamstring injury and played just the one match?

I am not sure but I think that SPS went into the champs under an injury cloud? I think it was him that had an injury interrupted start to the season?
I maybe wrong but I know that it was the case for one of the high profile Western Australian kids

Bishop has updated his phantom draft today. Interesting where he now has McGrath and he has Scrimshaw inside the top 10, also.

It's not really a Phantom but a Power rating.
That's a lot of orange in the top 20.

Lucky thing, too....GWS is in desperate need of more elite young talent.... :straining:

We aren't into SPS he's a WA boy, a lot of talent but very unlikely to take him with the go home factor. Brodie, Mcluggage, Ains, Venables priority

Scrimshaw please thanks SOS.
Looks like a Bont type player who is a genuine smokey to go top 5 in my opinion.

Tall mid, good skills, seems to be exceptional in traffic, huge scope, the type of players recruiters go crazy for.

I love the commentary in his game vs Vic Country.. 'Scrimshaw just wrenches it out of there'.

If the character is exceptional, I'd be very happy with Scrimshaw.

He does look as though he can play in the midfield but if that doesn't seem to be capable of becoming a strength, then we may not be that keen.

Has all the tools to make it as a tall mid, I'm sure a lot of clubs would be keen to see him play on ball.
Think the only reason he hasn't so far is due to injuries/fitness.
Missed a heap of footy over the last two years, wouldn't have the tank to play as a mid yet.

He hasn't then? We've drafted plenty of kids on the premise that we hope they can rotate through the midfield.
Think he may have before injuries. If he clubs do see him as a mid, he's going top 5 IMO.
The best traits he has are midfield like traits. Clean hands, moves well through traffic, elite kicking skills.

Could he play as an inside mid?
Well the clean hands and good movement through traffic and 193cm frame would all help with that.
He's being playing across half back and his contested stuff there has been good. Also had 11 handball recives last weekend.
He certainly has a lot of very good attibutes and even one or two elite ones.
