Worpel is why I am saying we need to trade into the first round next year!
Nice guns for a 17 year old.

Unless we're getting another pick in the top 15 we shouldnt be able to get VenablesIn case anyone interested, stumbled across this.
We’re confident he (Venables) will get drafted, and quite early,” Baker said.
“He is in a moon boot at the moment with bone stress to his foot. He won’t do the testing (at the combine) but he’s obviously one who was excellent in the national championships.”

Better not take him with #5

I did the same, then I checked his age and found out that he was under-age this year and will only be eligible next year. Unless he is going to completely **** things up, he is bound for a top 5 pick easily and more than likely top 3.I didn't know he wasn't eligible when watching him and couldn't believe when no-one had him in their phantoms..........no mention.
Was probably one of the top 3 impressive players over four team that played. Looks to be an absolute gun. Maybe Joel Selwood like.
Better not take him at all.
Every player that people are talking about here (draft or trade) have a history of injuries or are currently injured.
What are we, the St.Johns Ambulance Football Club ??
Stringer. Burton.
Depends on value. If he slid to our second because people were concerned about the foot, he could be an absolute steal.
Bemoaning the Hawks success is utter one-eyed nonsense. Why should they be punished for more than a decade of fantastic decision-making? They're reaping the rewards of setting up a brilliant and inclusive organisation from the CEO to the boot-studder. If Bolts achieves sustained success following this model will you be complaining?Same old sides win every year. Hawks keep being powerful now its through exploiting FA and yet the AFL do nothing to stop it.
Don't know muxh about Worpel. Whats his ball use by foot like?I think thats him... the bigger boys were brushing him off... but he could nail and stick a tackle. Thats one of the reasons I like Worpel for 2017... he played this year as an under-ager... and he was smashing them in tackles. Another 12 months and I reckon he is going to be very dangerous!
Good... tends to handball a lot... which is what caught my eye along with some really bone crunching tackles... but his delivery by foot was usually pretty good.Don't know muxh about Worpel. Whats his ball use by foot like?

I knew the bigger names who were underagers, but while watching the Champs a few times i thought i had a smoky that for some reason wasn't being talked about.
The hyphen Darcy-Uniacke or whatever his name was. Really liked him, then found out he was not available this year.
Andy Maher was talking him up yesterday on radio. Apparently a good chance to be there at 5, assuming we still have this pick.Really hope Ainsworth slips to us at pick 5
is marchbank a true key defender? listed as 193cm. haven't seen much of him so not sure. a lot of people seem to be raving about him. hope he's worth it
Just about everybody on this forum is expecting Marchbank to be traded to us.
Reports in media this morning his manager is meeting with 3 clubs next week. If he was such a laydown misere, why would he do this, and not just nominate us outright?
I've heard its not that great.Good... tends to handball a lot... which is what caught my eye along with some really bone crunching tackles... but his delivery by foot was usually pretty good.
