We would be insane to trade our 2017 first for some GWS maybe's. It will be a pick in the top three, it should be used to acquire an absolute gun or draft one.

It works out more as our 2017 first for this year's #7, personally I think we'll finish around 13/14th next year.

One small problem there... you can't trade a future second if you have traded a future first. It's to stop clubs from selling their future for a single big hit in the draft.

Yeah I forgot about that rule, but FBI suggested to just trade #21 + #23 which would be a fair enough trade as well.

I'm not a fan of all this new age stuff. Drafts and patience and losing... Make a list of the ten best players in the game, buy six or seven of them and we're set...
