Forward premos are doing my head him, I got no idea who I'll end up with..

I got Hall and Wingard
I'll be bringing in Dusty at some point
Then I got no clue...
Dahl. GC Lynch. JJK will go close to 100 average.

I read Robo willl tag Garry this weekend...

Interesting to see how that pans out, especially for people who have both in there side.
I have both and welcome this news. Robbo scored 120 and Selwood 142 last week. :D

Devon Smith out with a knee injury..

I was going to bring him in as a POD next week (no matter what he scored this round), because I was super confident his average would increase with Cameron back in the side.

There goes that idea..

:(

Thoughts on where Caleb Daniel may finish up?

I could see a 95 average - loved what I saw on the weekend, he chased, tackled, got the ball, used it well, and kicked a goal. Similar to his first 2 weeks but just even better. In a loss too.

Seriously considering him as a POD as opposed to jumping on the JJ bandwagon...Daniel may be the unheralded Dog who performs just as well? Seems to have flown past the likes of Hrovat and Honeychurch, with his 107 has shown he could have more ceiling for points than McLean, and I don't think the return of Dickson will hurt him.

Pogba Cudi any other Dogs fans - I Would love some thoughts on this as a risk/reward scenario. Cheers.

I think he'll be around the 80-85 mark. Good player is Caleb. He doesn't really compete with Dickson/McLean as they're forwards and he is a full time mid, but Dickson coming in would help him I guess. Besides Bob he'd just about be our best ball user.

But I can't see him going 95+ which is what you'd want for a fwd keeper. There's no risk of him being dropped if you're worried about that.

Love the little guy but he's not worth it imo. He's an elite ball user and he is entrenched in our best 22 so he wouldn't be the worst pick but I can't see him averaging much over 80. He will be solid all year but don't see him being a standout too many weeks so he's scoring just won't be quite there to justify his selection. Reckon he will another Dahlhaus SC wise in the future, but not quite yet.

So guys. Come on.

I know he's a taboo word around here, but in all the threads going not one person has discussed Jarrad Waite as a potential keeper.

He's looking very very good in a side (imo) that will finish top 4. He was exceptional during last years finals as well as the end of last year EF: 121, QF: 107, Rnd22: 98, Rnd 21: 118 Rnd 20: 87 Rnd 19: 117 Rnd 18: 85....Couple that with scores of 122, 174, 123, 129 so it's more of a 11 week sample size in fact. In those 11 weeks he's averaging 116.

He's currently a POD player, which is ridiculous, considering he's currently the #1 ranked SC player after almost 20% of the season and he's not a mid or ruck.

Do we wait for a bad week so his price flattens out a bit (BE currently 80), with his price sitting @ $563,900.

I don't think he can be ignored much longer especially with the following stretch of games, Suns/Dogs/Saints/Bombers/Blues/Swans/Tigers.

Thoughts?

If anyone's getting him, get him now. Once he plays Adelaide, West Coast, Hawks, Sydney his scoring will drop. The better teams wont allow him the run and jump at the ball and will work hard off him when he runs the wings.
The better team defenses will shut him down.
Interesting to see how he goes against the Doggies.

What did he score round one last year?
Round one can throw up anything.
Sydney weren't themselves in last years finals and were missing a few.

The Bulldogs are small down back and missing two of their best defenders but as a overall team defense I back them to shut down Waite.

He scored 13 against Adelaide in RD1 last year, and followed up his 107 against Sydney in the final with a 33 against West Coast.

He is a KPP, its nothing against Waite, but KPP are notorious for yoyo scores. Yes he is killing it at the moment, but will it last. His 13 against Adelaide last year was followed by a 177 against Brisbane, and then a 35 against Port. Yoyo.

If someone started with him, bravo, but the main reason anyone is hesitant to bring him in is the fact he is a KPP, and could dive at any point. His next game could produce a shit score, and at 563K who is willing to risk that on someone that has zero premo history.
