Did you forcast your mob to be 5-0 and looking at top 4?
always thought we were in the best 4 teams. hence prelim finishes.
just thought with our older list we couldnt do it for the full season.
been very happy with the boys.
not sure anyone could have predicted what waites done this year.

The Waite bit was certainly a surprise otherwise he would be everyones F1.
Think there will be some pretty competitive games between North and the top teams this year.

hard to judge north as we have such a different game plan to other top teams.
I cant remember a side with a forward line so tall.

That's a good thing. I think that the rule changes have helped you guys. Every year there's a team that suddenly stands out.
Port in 14. West Coast 15 etc.

The tall forward line works well this year because of the lack of rotations players are unable to get back and help out as much, means the bigger forwards dominate.
Crows are similar. Tex Jenkins Lynch McGovern.

tall forward lines have there negatives also.
we get scored on the break a lot. dont think petrie, waite and brown can get back to defend so well.
but i'll take it. a win is a win is a win.

What do people think of M. Wright and T. Greene? are they viable as targets? fools gold? Greene is crazy inconsistent but is enticing at his price and Wright seems to be the opposite, slowly building and his average scores are decent.

I can't afford the $560k+ guys and I should probably just play it safe and go Dusty.

I have Greene in DT and am happy with him, but still wouldn't consider him for SC.
He kicks at least 2-3 times OOF.

He's also playing a more high HF role, so getting less CP.

He also averages about 50 when GWS lose (about 110 when they win). Playing Hawks this week, I wouldn't be getting him in now.

If you were to bring Wright in as a keeper you need to ask yourself whether you see him as a top 10 forward by years end
If you bring him in as a cash cow/stepping stone you need to ask whether he will earn enough money/worth the two trades

Both are a no for mine

looking for value in the fwd line i keep on coming back to barlow. surely he'll see more mid time with fyfe out... would be an easy decsion if i didn't dump him 3 weeks ago...

Is anyone considering Matthew Wright from Carlton?

Not killing it by any means but is averaging 95 at 433k.
Highest score: 111, lowest score: 87
Decent numbers and may be a good keeper at F6/F7 & M8/9 swingman for seasons end.
Brought him in last round without really knowing much about him. Good value pick.

What do you think Zorko averages from here? Trying to figure out if he is worth the extra cash over someone like Zerrett.

FWIW Current forward line includes: Hall, Martin, Barlow, Wells + Rookies.
100-115
