Hold up, Channel 7 news said quote "a hobbled Charlie Dixon is also set to sit out the last two games" ??
No surprise there. Dixon has been lame for weeks.

Well exactlyHe shouldn't play the next two games.
Hinkley pretty much said in his presser that dixon will most likely be put on ice for the remaining games. No surprise there. Dixon has been lame for weeks.
Games lost due to hammies: 2014=FIVE 2015=TEN 2016=TWENTY according to Elbows
2017 = entire team rips hamstring off bone during pre season training
hahaWingard will be in a "split" then will undertake a "phyisotherapy prorgram"
Thanks port.

It'd explain the lack of marks at least. Seriously add Chad at half pace, Dixon playing under duress, Boak clearly playing injured at least part of the year with all kept playing and it's just why? With these we were never going to be a flag threat (on top of no Ryder), yet we risked long term injuries on key players to limp to mid table. So the 'gains' were injury risks, a worse draft pick and less games for their potential replacements. To see the team repeatedly embarrassed, without the extra justification them being out would have given. So Chad has played with a dislocated finger for most of the season. Along with 2 hamstring strains and a head knock it's been a rough year for him. No wonder he wasn't quite his usual mercurial self.

My mind is just boggling at the clubs thinking across everything this year.

I'd have been happy to not be able to field a team, then call out the AFL, that perhaps they should have given us top up players.Where do you draw the line though? If we mothball Boak, Wingard, Dixon et al and do the same with other players under duress, would we be able to field a team after June?
They're taking the piss if they actually consider playing Jonas.
