So some talk about Gary Rohan being possibly on the trade table.
If all this Touhy talk is on the money, would we do a straight swap; Touhy for Rohan.?
And on another tangent, would Nathan Vardy be a possible target.
I know he's been injury prone, but he may come good, and he has genuine talent
I like Rohan.. but not a great fit for where we are at the moment.

If that happened we would be making out like bandits

Throwing up a bit of a left field trade here. What if we sent Kruezer + 2nd Round 2016 and/or 2nd 2017 for JOM. I think we can trade back into the 2nd with our 2x3rd round picks. The last thing GC needs is more draft picks. Kruezer has been able to ruck a whole year and shown he may be over his injuries. He fits a need of GC in the mature ruck department. He is a hard working bloke who isnt going to get on the piss, great for the culture they are trying to build, seems like a type Eade would like. Im really hoping with another pre-season into Phillips we can try and make him into a Gawn type of ruckman in time. Huge tank that can ruck all day and only needs a chop out occasionally. I know he signed a contract but i think if the club wanted to move him on he wouldnt be the type to just refuse. Also if JOM decides against us, Kruezer & our 2nd for Melbournes 1st. For them it only equals 600 points which is like pick 30 and they wont use the melbourne pick anyway, they will have to use one of their 2nds. So from them instead of using a mid 2nd they get a experienced ruckman. Seems a win - win to me. We walk into the draft with 4 & 9 & 2x3 round picks. Plus anything we can get from Tuohy, Cas & Everritt

You do understand what he has gone through in his career right? Watch him play and you'll understand...
Like understanding what hes gone through in his career is not going to get him more of the ball . Granted he has talent and pace galore . With all the ball magnets sydney have feeding it out to him 10 possessions in their side is 5 in ours .

I thought we were into reid in a big way a few years back. Bullet dodged?

Would only have him on a very short contract and for basically free at the trade table (which wouldn't happen). Had some potential. Another that can't stay on the park

The "experts" are saying it will cost 2 x first round or close to this to do a deal to get JOM.
cant see any club giving that much ..I think if they cant get a senior game into him his value going to be Early-mid 2nd round pick , probably be one of those trades that goes down in last hour of last day ...

He will get a lot more then that. If Cripps got injured and was in a similar position their is noway I would trade him for a second rounder. I think he will get a pick between 3-8 or the equivalent.
