For Pav's last game they devoted a replay of the goal and literally one sentence from Gerard last night on 360, classic.

Talked about it a fair bit on the on the couch though.

Me too. It's amazing how much less enjoyable it is this year. When we were top 4 they couldn't ignore us, but then can now.

The one thing I like is that they are equally disinterested in the West Coast.

Probably the worst article ever written, I am not sure a statue of Pav is necessary myself but to say Peter Matera should've won the Brownlow in 94 (why?) and the insinuation Matt Priddis has given more to WA footy than Pav is worse than Hagdorn levels.

Also the fact she says Peter Mater should've won WA's first Brownlow - when Moss, Glendinning & Hardie had won it in the 70's & 80's shows the nature of WCE fans as journos, like footy in WA was non-existent until WCE started.
