Just reset Firefox to default which removes https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/account/upgrades etc and we're back to normal???

I'll never forget a phone call I once received from the late Ken Judge.
It was December 2012 and I was about to leave a Perth Glory training session.
I was a little surprised when Judge's name popped up on the screen because we didn't often speak on the phone, but I quickly realised what he was calling about.
He had got wind of an article I was writing about East Fremantle looking at the possibility of moving back to Fremantle Oval.
It was due to run in The West Australian the next day.
I hadn’t blown it up at all – it was a straightforward story – but Judgey wanted to be sure.
“Remember you’re an East Fremantle man, Hopey,” he said in a stern tone.
It wasn’t a point that would have changed anything I’d written, but the fact he cared enough about the club and its interests to make the call stuck with me.
Ken Judge was a passionate football man – blue and white through and through – and his record in the game on both sides of the country speaks for itself.
That he was missed in this week’s Australian Football Hall of Fame tribute to key football figures who had passed away in the last 12 months was a terrible oversight.
We can only assume it was a genuine mistake.
But it was a shame such a great contributor to the game wasn’t acknowledged on what is always one of the great nights on the football calendar.


DID 'MR MAGIC' PLAY OUTSIDE VICTORIA?




Speaking of the Hall of Fame, did the video producers know Maurice Rioli played at South Fremantle before and after his six years with Richmond.
It would have been nice to see a little bit of ‘Mr Magic’ in red and white during a five-minute highlights package to announce his induction.

Fortunately, Rioli’s son Gavin and nephew Dean made sure no one forgot the late Maurice’s time at South when they represented him on stage at Tuesday night’s gala ceremony in Melbourne.
WA great Barry Cable recently accepted a role on the Hall of Fame selection committee.
We hope Cable can pick up some video editing skills and give the team a hand.

It's funny how a politician, sportsperson, CEO, etc. says anything in the media that they go back on or change their mind, they get hounded, called hypocrite, taken to the cleaners. Yet, sports journos can pretty much make anything up to garner some click bait, and when it is shown to be false, again, and again, not even a "I was wrong...again...sorry"; they just move on the the next made up bs they "heard from some young guy".

Coach was Billy Goggin. Played Featherby in the middle and Peake off half back. When T-shirt Tommy took over Peake played better as he was played in the middle more.

Peake was not overly liked by some of the Gerlong players who resented the amout he was being paid. Watching Michael Turner with his "Open Mike" was interesting. Was really pissed Peake made the AFL hall of fame.

Between 1976 to 1981 Peake and Stephen Michael were easily the best two players in the WANFL.
