John Wes Townley and Spencer Gallagher have been fined and penalized following their physical altercation at Gateway last Saturday. Driver (John Wes Townley) has been fined $15,000 and placed on NASCAR probation through Dec. 31. Driver (Spencer Gallagher) has been fined $12,500 and placed on NASCAR probation through Dec. 31.

Crash Townley is bloody lucky not to be suspended.

Dale Jr is out this weekends New Crapshire race with concussion,which he suffered at least 2 races ago.His Xfinity driver Alex Bowman will drive his car but if he's not right for the following weeks race at Indianapolis then Jeff Gordon will drive the #88.
