The better wines generally have less preservatives in then, meaning that you are more likely to feel ok the next day.
Battle of Bosworth preservative-free red--very drinkable. My wife's fav tipple and I've had a taste. She has an allergy to preservatives, but my guess is we all do to some extent.

I don't really see how 9 and Tredrea knows.
The news story seemed like it was due to the body language as opposed to having some Intel.

Went onto the afl website and the 2nd story is about melbourne asking for a top up. But I suppose Tredders has inside word.

He does have some history of being in the know a little though.
But I was of the knowledge that it isn't up to Gill anyway.

small story from an well known Adelaide winery when i was a 17 year old cellar hand .......you should make sure when putting carbon dioxide into a 10,000ltr steel vat of 1st drain white wine, not to over gas :$ .......oh well Kane you probably enjoyed the resultant "mutant" Rose wine it became :D

1 would be about right. I wonder whether they'll pick up a ruckman or pass again.
It would be funny if they say yes you can have an extra pick but it will need to be under your salary cap.
Then they decide not to pick up anyone due to having no salary cap space unless they decide to not pay Ryder and Monfries the full amount.

Just some questions on Essendon / WADA :

1. All the discussion in recent days has been about who pays players from Port, WB, and Melbourne ....this by the way is a terribly short sighted argument in the discussions parameters (i'll discuss later)

I understood that the WADA decision called for players to receive up to 50% of their contract payment? .....yet everyone is talking 100% ? .....can anyone enlighten NikkiNoo

2. So the argument is buyer beware, however the AFL did give advice they expected a short sentence of 2-4 weeks if found guilty

However ....what about ex Essendon players who have stayed in local footy as their job ......coaching local sides, or playing with local clubs .......who are you expecting to pay their contracts ?

3. Correct me if Iam wrong ......but if Essendon players have been found guilty of breaking the WADA code, IMO the players should be de-registered by the AFL, consequently their contract becomes null & void .....and the players get paid nothing, unless Essendon agrees to pay contracts out, in their attempt to retain the 12 players .

at the start of the year I decided to quit smoking and lose weight. after topping the scales at 140kg, the first walk I did was 650m before I was hideously out of breath. in a month, I've got it to 5km without feeling like I'm going to faint. once I drop enough weight, I want to get my bike out

**** its hard though

edit - just want to point out, I'm not saying this for karma or kudos or anything like that. you gotta start somewhere. starting is the hardest part
Good on you Mr Smooth, but please don't wait until you get the bike out. Just do it. Cycling rocks, get on the bike and you won't look back
