Fisher was best on ground for Western Australia vs Allies in July.

Didn't rate the consistency of his skills by foot in all the champ footage, nor his top speed for all the furious leg movement. Can definitely see the appeal otherwise, and think he will be a value pick in the 35-50 range.

No room for sentiment in footy anymore hey Zee?
Over-looked Kerr?
I like the way he leads hard at the guy with the ball, one grab marks. Not perfect at set shots but still better than most of our talls in that dept!

Cats take Cedric Cox 184cm 70kg
Kids got a fair hype train going ATM. The kid has real pace and has all the tricks to go with it.
Has played some VFL footy this year and was very impressive.
Would be a good fit at the Cats or any team looking to add more pace and high end kicking skills.

As I said earlier we havent been keeping track of Academy ramifications in the 3rd Round, if someone wants to go back and sort out the 3rd round draft order then i'm open to it.

Let's just drop names without any provision of Academy nominations.
Just go from Essendon down to whoever we deemed to be Premiers for the next 18 picks. Easy.

Can you also update the selections FBI? :)

Sin City is up for Essendon, into Old navy and HBF

Pick 37 - Essendon - Jack Maibaum

Strong all round defender who I could see making it at CHB after a few years developing in an AFL environment. Hard at the ball and man, good at shutting his man down and pretty clean skills. Smart footballer who positions himself well and doesn't make many mistakes with the ball.

Old navy

Looks like a ready-made, doesn't he?
Big boy for his age at 193 & 90+

I can think of two that fit that description, they were the next two on my list after Maibaum

We talk ...... Later :)

There was one guy I watched, who even though he didn't see too much of the ball looked likely to be able to do anything once he did get it.
Just didn't stop moving but that may have been a one off.

I selected Hampton for North for what I think he could be as opposed to what he was.....but you can't gauge character and all the other facets of the individual from a distance.
Would love to sit down with these guys and talk to them to get some better handle on who they are and who they will become.

Brandon Parfitt
Was very impressive last year as a bottom ager.
Has struggled with injuries this year but clearly has a heap of talent.
Really like how hard he attacks the footy.
Yeah in what I saw of him he seemed to lack burst often, but then you'd see him mow the ball down. Needs to get his body right to make an impact.

Here's the 2015 tape:

Oliver Florent
I'll do a brief write up shortly.

FlowersByIrene you're up.

Another one down. Good pick, I reckon he goes 2nd round in the real deal. If Vilis hadn't slid i would have taken him at my last
