For the sake of fairness, here's how it's going to work:

Please reply to this post whether you wish to keep your existing team, withdraw from the phantom draft, or change teams.

If you wish to change teams, you will go into a ballot, where I will draw for each spot running from highest to lowest in terms of the quality of each team's picks. You can then veto your drawing the once (but you probably won't want to).

I figure everyone's going to scramble for the same 3 or 4 teams, so we might as well take that out of your hands and get on with things.

You have 24 hours to decide, and I will accept changes until 7 PM tomorrow night, at which point, I will lock everyone into their choice and we will draw for the available teams.

If you do not respond by 7 PM AEDT on the 8th of November, I will drop you from the phantom, so we can have a speedy and fun draft for all other participants.

As has already been pointed out, you get to go into a ballot, rather than just swap at will.

Currently the ballot pool is: Essendon, St Kilda, Geelong & Richmond, but it's looking like Gold Coast will be there too.

Also I can see B&S has previously wished to keep Sydney, but I will wait for confirmation (in case you guys haven't noticed, this is a test to see you can jump in and pick promptly, otherwise the phantom may take a week).
