Trump has immediately aligned himself with the military industrial complex and the US multinational oil industry. His Presidency is shaping to be the Republican equivalent of the Democratic oligarchy. Have fun defending Trump as a warrior of freedom over the next four years :thumbsu:
More chance than what Hilary offered. She loves war, I hope Trump withdraws US troops from all over the world and goes back to the isolation policy of the past.

That would be nice, but realistically it won't happen. Isolationism doesn't help the "elites" gain wealth and power!

Would expect more dick waving when it comes to China, and Trump's loyalty will probably be tested if Russia tries any moves on Eastern Europe

Won't happen now....A deal will be struck with sanctions on Russia lifted.

Putin's playing ball in the media yesterday puts that puppy to bed....They've squeezed him into a corner & he's conceded.

Putin's playing ball in the media yesterday puts that puppy to bed....They've squeezed him into a corner & he's conceded.

The expansion ambitions of Putin are entirely a USA neo-con beat up by the same frustrated forces behind the Ukrainian color revolution. There is zero reason to believe Putin has any ambitions In Eastern Europe.

Nor is there any reason believe Putin has been caged in by anyone.

The Ukraine was understandably the line in the sand for Putin with the constant expansion of NATO - since the fall of the USSR. and the USA indiscriminate policies in the Middle East.

At Putins annual global media presser 18 months two years ago - he rightfully asked whether the west has any idea what harm it is doing destroying country after country. Shortly after we saw some 4 million refugees heading for Western Europe - this is before Putin went to Syria.

Since then Putin has engaged in a full spectrum response to the USA by forming strategic financial partnerships with China, Iran and others.

This includes major threats to the US dollar. The formation of an Alternative to the world bank.

He has embarrassed the USA in Syria.
RT has expanded exponentially its audience even in the USA itself.

On the internet there is evidence of a whole army of Russian sponsored bloggers and posters undermining the MSM narratives.

And like Trump - Putin is getting a lot of bang for his buck.

By any measure Putin has run rings around the USA geo politically during the last 2 years.

It seems that Trump and those behind him see China as much more of a threat and are pivoting for a shift towards Russia and against China.

A strong china Russia alliance is arguably overwhelming to USA hegemony. A USA Russia alliance on the other hand contains China and preserves the USA global unipower status for a while longer.

Of course not everyone is happy with this shift particularly the incumbents but the current course has been well and truly discredited.

I suspect The USA oligarchs behind Trump will deliberately raise tensions with China, the objective will be to slow and reverse China's growth and destabilize their government. I suspect the specter of China's human rights abuses will be used to justify economic sanctions.

If jobs are to return to the USA the only place where they can come from in sufficient number is china.

Turbulent times ahead

America and Russia have previously been allied in war against a western Europe adversary.
With the current energy heavy alliance between Trump's America and Putin's Russia, and Merkel's immediate dependence/consumption of Soviet resources, an even more complex world order begins.
This scenario has clearly been orchestrated by Putin, with facilitators like Tillerston and Mannafort, and obviously trump himself.
Trump hand balled this to Putin... interesting to see what happens.
Putin might not hang, but Trump is wide open.
I dont see the value in Russia for the USA.
Russia is a 3rd world economy. Massive energy rich, big arms industry & nuclear weapons. Thats all their is. The USA doesnt need Russian energy. Theirs nothing else worth trading.
China is far more important to US interests, yet Trump seems intent to treat them with contempt. I really dont get it!

Not for the USA but plenty for big oil businesses. Lifts the sanctions on Russia, Exxon mobile drills more, Trump gets a cut. That's probably the plan

Besides being the manufacturer of most of their consumables and the holder of a shit tonne of their debt? Yeah not much.

I'm pretty sure yebiga and Procrastinator35 are the same poster and they are both incredibly clueless.
Yebiga is a Ruski, but I think Procrastinator is a conspiratorialist who's embarrassed that he let Russia dictate his otherwise standard Jews-run-the-world thoughts. Instead of admitting he got that wrong, he's doubling down on how right it must be. Hence why most of his responses are 'LOL' - he can't even think of weak arguments anymore.

If Hillary won you could guarantee Syria's conflict dragging on for years to come. Trump wins by letting Assad and Putin to put the country back together again.
Except the Democrats are already working with the Russians, and have already shown limited motivation to intervene. Except for that. #Trump!

Y'all arguing how Trump is going to govern, when you know all he wants to do is spend his time on twitter dot com talking about he won the election.

He's the President-Elect and the election happened 7 weeks ago.

The thing is that no sane person should be bitter about losing a popular vote, when you have just won the election to be president of the United States, but for some reason he seems very upset about it, and desperate to prove to everyone how he could have won the popular vote.

He's litterally like a kid in high school that fails at something then says to his friends "you know I could have easily passed that if I was trying, just saying"

Maybe he's just responding to the crybabies who are pointing out the popular vote? Just sayin

But thats my point. It shouldn't matter what the crybabies are saying, he's the President elect of the United States.
Its incredibly petty and showcases his own level of narcissism and inability to constructively handle criticism.
