I'm tossing up a couple of different options.

At the moment I have:

DEFS - 2-2-4 (confident at least one of the mid pricers will be a keeper, probably both)
MIDS - 5-1-5
RUCKS - 2-0-1
FWDS - 3-0-5

$210,500 spare

By going 4-1-6 in midfield, I'm able to strengthen both my forwards and defence, but obviously miss out on one of Rocky/JPK etc type players in the mids.

Thoughts?

I have the same structure, I like it.
Back line is where the most uncertainty lies... choose your mid pricers/PODs here and hope for the best.
The mids: you can get in 5 premos (including 4 super premos IMO) and a mid pricer (Libba/Crouch/JOM- if game) and some very nice Rooks.
Rucks: Im an advocate of set and forget, particularly if i can get some cheap cover in a Grimley type (F8 into R3 rolling donut)
Fwds: with the rest of the structure, 3 premos fit nicely with a couple of mid-pricer/rookie types (depending if you count Wells/Simpkin/Anderson rookies).

Managed to get a great team with the following structure that I'm really happy with, only concern is I'll probably only be able to take 1, possibly 2, high price cash cows (Cockatoo, Simpson, JedAnderson, Mills, etc)

Haha yeh, but im working on a very similar theory to the bloke that won SC last year..

I read his HS interview, his team aint gonna look like that rnd 1. I saw his starting team last year after he won n thought GTFO!
