Good stuff by Brisbane too. Both teams certainly can't be accused of tanking and I think that's really important for the competition and says a lot about the two teams. A winning culture is more important than moving up/down one position in a draft.

there were events outside the control of our players and the fans, as a club we gave it our all despite essentially having one hand tied behind our back, there's zero shame in picking up the spoon in those circumstances

winning the spoon is an embarrassment when the players don't try and a club has half an eye on pick #1 when playing... that patently isn't us
