Tom's parents live in Camberwell, have just gone through a separation by all reports. Don't know why a bloke that's been on 500k per year for last few years and probably signing a 3-4 year deal for same coin would buy in Rowville?

I think the seperation might have a lot to do with him coming back to Melbourne.

The estates in Rowville and heading towards Lysterfield are crazy expensive but the houses are gigantic
It's crazy the difference when comparing to some other parts of Rowville

I have a real problem with Vickery types. Name one one ruck size forward since Paul Salmon that has been a massive success? And he was back in the iso-forward days. Petrie has had a great career but has never torn the league apart. Tippett is just ok and is better now as a ruck. Tom Boyd wants to be a ruck. Joe Danniher looks promising but I still would not want him.

They are tall and thats it. They take the odd high mark and when they get a step on the lead it is hard for defenders to reach the ball. Other than that they are useless. They cannot impose any defensive pressure because they simply do not have the speed, agility or anything resembling lateral movement.

I really do not understand why all of them are so overpriced. Because every single one of them under delivers.
I'd take Daniher (spew...) or Lobb in a heartbeat.

Nathan vardy has barely played in 3 years...why would hawthorn want him???
I would have Vardy over Fitzy I think. Better forward & ruck when he is on the field... Couldn't be worse than Fitzy's run with concussion.
It would also be very awesome to have an ex Cats player come good at Hawthorn & tear them a new one every time we played them!

Mitchell wants to stay with Sydney. Good.

Looks like we are missing out this year
Language was very Franklin 2013ish. That said, I'm a lot less confident of getting him after reading it. It's feeling more and more like we'll be coming up empty handed this off-season.

Would prefer Vickery to Vardy. At least he can consistently get on the park.

I reckon Vickery might actually be ok

... Can't believe I just said that

Agree with this...."talent" means absolutely nothing if you can't get out on the park...Beau Dowler and Mitch Thorp also had "talent"...
