If we have Pick 5 that is way way overs, and the club would get lynched for doing it - especially by the media. I think there'll be something else coming back.

Perhaps Pick 5 for Prestia and GC's 2nd Round Pick... Or we'll do other trading, to make it more equitable... who knows. It's gonna be a very interesting trade week.
Pick 4 for Steele and the Pies first round pick from GWS, then on trade that pick to Sun's for Prestia.

Effectively makes the deal Prestia and Steele for pick 4.

Then hope Vickery gets end of first round compo, trade Conca for Lamb at WCE or Crozier from Freo. If McBean wants out see if we can use him and a later pick to upgrade into the second round. If there is a too good to refuse deal for Bellis take it. Some talk Saints are interested, if so first round pick will suffice. Some might scoff at that but the kid was in the AA squad 2 years back and when up and running can average 25 disposals a game. Saints pick might be good enough to land Tim English the young ruckman or someone like Venables.

A trade period like that certainly changes the dynamic of the squad. We have ready made replacements for the players mentioned and we'd benefit from those brought in.

1st Round 2016 + 2nd Round 2017 to GWS for Collingwoods 1st Round Pick, Jack Steele & James Stewart. Then send Collingwoods 1st Rounder to GC for Prestia & get hopefully a 2nd Round pick for Vickery. Then send Conca out for Lamb or another 2nd Rounder.

Seems about the likely involvement we will have. I don't think we have the balls or vision to pull of a big trade period, I'd assume the club will put this season down to an anomaly and try to build on what we have and hope like hell we can turn it around. Slow and steady- stay the course.:(

Are you in the rebel camp cause that makes real good sense and something to be entertained. You should be our next hb.

Maybe last year to a contender, but not now. Late 1st rounder at best.
I have to disagree mate I think nothing has changed from last season . I know i m only a rook but that pace those foot skills the hands and one on one ability are extremely valuable commodities and rarely come in one player . 100 games of lids is worth 200 of the majority of the players picked around there to a contender .

I don't think he has 100 games left in him to be honest. But that's just my opinion

I like your thinking, but no way Vickery attracts end of first round and GWS/Pies pick is probably 7 or 8, highly doubt they do that and Steele for 4.
