Well... should’ve been a red card to vargas for the elbow and a borderline red for the two footer. And that penalty not given... horrnedous officiating.

No idea how the ref can then overule the var. Like in cricket the umpire saying I'm satisfied that it wasn't out, even though all the replays showing it is.

They made this system the worst possible combination of umpire thinking what they've seen against what's on the film. Seriously crapola.
