That defence from Leganes is holding up, though they aren't that deadly in front of goal themselves. Nevertheless, an excellent start to the season for them.

On the other side of the spectrum, Eibar have only scored 3 times and conceded 20, yet have somehow mustered 7 points together and are just ahead of the drop. Weird.....

Just on the independence thing for a moment; Barcelona even with independence would still play in La Liga. It would make sense for all parties involved. Even Barca never want to leave. Also, Catalan independence is ecomical and emotional. It's the richest part of Spain by a ******* mile.

Barca are running out of bottom 6 teams to play. Now they have to play mid table clubs. 9 wins and only one against a team in the top half of the table. I wonder if they will be able to boss the mid table clubs too. Messi is trying to make the most of his peak period but he's running out of juice, popping pills during games and Suarez is s**t.

How do you think Messi / Suarez will go in the title race against Valencia?

Errr... How many wins have you got against top 10 teams? Same number as us. One.

2-1 was flattering for Real. Girona were really unlucky to be behind at half time hitting the inside of the post twice.

It looks like Carrasco may want to leave Atletico. He's been left out of the squad in the last few games after apparently falling out with Gabi and a few others.

Next El Classico is 2 days after the next Catalonian vote. At this stage the title race could almost be over if Real don't win. Not exactly a great time to have it with political unrest either.

Don't write Real off yet. Surely Ronaldo will return soon and have an impact.
