With regards to Kreuz, I would pick him in my side everyday of the week due to his work ethic. Ryder is the flashier player and therefore receives more attention. I had a look at the coaches votes up to round 21 because that's all I could find, Ryder and Matty poll in 13 games out of 20 but Ryder is 9 votes higher than Matty so that is a fair argument for him.
The fact that Matty out tackled Ryder by about 50 tackles and smashed him in clearances just goes to show that he is a workhorse and not a show pony.
