Stephenson is the one that floats my boat but if Rayner is there at 2 you have to take him on best talent available and keep your fingers crossed Jaidyn in there at 5. IMO Rayner & Stephenson is more complementary than a Rayner and Fogarty, however, I wouldn’t be upset with either.

Rayner and Stephenson also seem to be quality characters going by their interviews and they genuinely look as though they just love playing footy wherever that may be. They don’t seem like entitled little brats that care more about their Instagram than their footy.
Exactly my thoughts

Angus and his brothers are sons of Mark, James older brother. Mark played for Claremont before going to North Melbourne for 32 games then back to Claremont, and also worked in marketing for Freo which is why Angus was a Freo fan. Not sure is the youngers were correctly converted. Then went back to work in Melbourne.

James played reserves at Claremont.

Of course James and Mark ars sons of Claremont Premiership player and WA cricket legend Ian Brayshaw.
Ah got you.

Josh Kelly the other classic example. As far as I'm concerned he's a West Aussie.

Bring him... home?

Well whatever happens we are potentially going to end up with an absolute jet with pick #2 which has us all worked up. LDU or Rayner in Purple at a new Stadium is rather exciting - whatever your thoughts each player looks like a genuine contender that can make it. Pick 5 is more of a mystery really.
All the lions supporters seem to think they will take LDU. Ill be so pumped if we get rayner!

Rayner has to be 2 if he isn't taken by Brisbane. We need more class and goalkicking in the middle. We have the inside beasts in Fyfe, Neale and Blakely, get the cream for the top of the cake. Then hope we can get Stephenson or Fogarty with 5. Also Fogarty thinks he may still have some growth left in him so could potentially become a 195/196cm kpf

Would it possible to get someone with way more computer nouse to assemble profiles and vision - links of the players we may be looking at with picks 2 and 5.
Any combine testing results etc...of players that did test and additional info on the others that didn't.
In short - create an analysis list of the prospective draftees without having to trawl the net.

Whatever direction the club chooses in these selections, I hope scoreboard impact has a significant focus.

For me, Raynor, Stephenson and Fogarty are standouts in that regard. However LDU, for example, can free Fyfe to be forward more.

Is this off season better than the actual season?

I'm probably setting myself up for disappointment given every draft watcher doesn't think we'll take him. But I really really want Darcy Fogarty at 5. He's a bit of a risk but one I think we can offered to take since we have 2 as well. Does seem like he could be anything
I think he is low risk because of his versatility. The negative for me is that as a forward he is not what we need. At 5 I really like him though.

I do this to myself every single draft period. Was super keen on Brodie last year but still happy we got Logue. I hope the club is as excited as I got when I watched Darcy Fogarty's highlights, the way he plays and moves, he looks like a future Fyfe.

Could end up being the best of this draft. Something about Fogarty.

I would be taking as a view to go through the middle more, if he doesnt have the tank to 70% midfield then i wouldnt do it. Or the club was confident he could play simular to Pav but i dont think he has the contested mark to pull that off. If he project as a very good third tall then we steer away
