If we're +/- 10 points at half time... We can take them down.
100% agree on this. Stemming the tide is critical because if Adelaide get three goals up I think it's gone. That said I think you guys have shown more guys in a wrestle so if you can stay steady against an early enslaught you'll get them.

**** Eddie is sore about Richmond making the GF.

Did anyone else notice how he knew straight away which award Dusty didn't win, and then was talking up Adelaide like he was Don King....

Think you're seeing what you expect to see rather than reality tbh. Most on the Pies board are upset at how pro-Richmond he has been this week.

Settle down champ. It's just what I'm feeling as an outsider. Based on so much tiger supporters I know and the hype, they're giving me the impression that it's already won. I know that feeling as a pies supporter and it hurt. Just come here to support the tigers cos I want it won for them, they all deserve the feeling of glory.
its just because no one gives a shit about adelaide in melbourne so everyone in melbourne is talking about richmond. and the national media is gonna cater to the larger audience so theyre also jumping on the tiger train

the local media in adelaide is just as bad. theyre basically just deciding whether crows will win by 60 or 100

I listen to Eddie every morning and he's very very positive about the tiges and the #2 cheerleader (KB being #1) of us wearing our traditional jumper. I can see why pies fans would be pissed off.

This is the hottest and biggest selling item this week in Adelaide for the last decade. Very sad.

Oh FFS, Gillon Mclachlan was serious saying his highlight of the weekend was the crowd noise in Adelaide as it was bigger than the G
Makes me hate him more.

Lucky Sam Pang (legend) talked about Gills ‘team’ GWS.

Time to watch replays of our winning finals games this year to get even more excited

Tonight, Qualifying Final
Tomorrow night, Preliminary Final
Saturday night, Grand Final
I accidentally deleted the qualifying final recording off my Foxtel. Was shattered.

Most seem to see it as a covert way of comparing Buckley and Hardwick, and supporting the Pies position on the coach that way. Maybe it's a motive but I don't think so.

God forbid someone paid to comment about football issues actually gives his honest opinion.

Sorry for the intrusion
Yeah plenty of us quietly suffering here in Adelaide -you've got a lot of support over here from the Port faithful - we all want to see the flag won by a real footy club
Go Tigers!

To be frank, I never expected for us to get this far and thought that next year would be the year. I thought we still needed a plan that could work and I reckon we let ourselves down for a couple of seasons trying to emulate successful teams, rather than develop our own plan- which we've ended up doing this year. And by good luck or by good design we've managed to put together a plan that other teams are struggling to combat. Teams (meaning: Adelaide) trying to hold our forwards have to do more than just that- now they also have to break away from our forwards cleanly, and for the second half of the season we've made that very hard for the opposition.
The plan has gradually locked together.
If we can do that, the Crows might find themselves in unfamiliar territory so as long as we can stop them getting out clean, or try not to give them too many behinds to kick in from, I think we can wear them down. and if they cant shake us free, I think they'll run out of ideas.
