love the article on news.junk.au about how Tomic and Kyrgios should be kicked off the tour. Soon, You wont need to kick Tomic off the tour. he wont be good enough. Might be a long while before he wins a match at his current rate and with Clay just around the corner.

it would be very interesting to see if Tomic gets a WC from TA if he is outside the top 100 at a grand slam

as for Nick. please. mountain out of a molehill which wouldnt have been mentioned if Tomic didnt go off the rails again. much prefer he get angry(and not very polite) with someone being rude rather than the sulking thing he did at the AO for no reason.

LOL can't believe people actually get paid to write that rubbish about Kyrgios, clearly don't watch any of the tour.

Easy win for Kyrgios over Young. Plays the winner of Djokovic and Del Potro which is a bloody high class QF!

Thompson in action over Nishioka, not the worst chance of making a QF of a 500!

dont get me wrong. Nick deserves criticism for things he has done in the past. but that doesnt mean he doesnt get picked on by the media and umps.

High-class field. it is interesting. a lot of men are playing this week while most of the top women rest. TBF, the women did have 2 top levels in the last 2 weeks.

also that Dubai seems to be upset city atm.
 
Ash barty up 1st tonight in malaysia, its hard for me to follow much of the european events that end up late night on tv cause of my work hours

Id give her a chance to win shes on bein sports 3 coverage starts from 6pm

The media don't go hard enough on him IMO.
Tennis Australia and world Tennis generally are weak toothless tiger's, oh, lets suspend him for a month or two, that'll teach him.

He's a rude, overpaid, childish fool (They're his good points).

Tomic is just purely the softest sportsperson OF ALL TIME, in any sport. Arrogant, and a rude a hole.

How anyone can defend these 2 tossers is beyond me.

They are a disgrace, and shouldn't be playing the game. Get rid of both of them. NOW.

I think Soccer players are worse than Tomic.

Been reading too much Herald Sun, mate.

I couldn't care less about Tomic as he obviously doesn't care himself but Kyrgios gets a massively bad rap. The media pounce on any little thing possible now. I didn't see the match but tbh Israeli fans acting out of turn at a tennis match is nothing unusual and that reaction seems fair enough to me I agree Nick doesn't help his cause but that's part of the reason why tennis needs him, we desperately need characters and characters with a lot of talent is great for the game, thinking otherwise is shallow minded and dumb. I really don't think he's that bad, he's very good with the fans but that never gets reported. He just anger management issues, I don't judge some necessarily again for that, again that is shallow minded and dumb.

Nice win by Nick today anyway, looking very much to that match Novak.

Nice win by Ash too.

As usual another article look for attention, my opinion of Brett Phillips has gone out the window. But yeah Tomic will be out of the top 100 the way he's going, apart fromt hat 3rd round at AO he has been horrible and even in Melbourne he was bad just had a nice draw.

You're in denial mate....

Kyrgios doesn't deserve 1 cent that he gets paid, he abuses ball boys, officials, opponents, the crowd, and even his own supporter box.
Being born with the talent he has doesn't give him the right to be probably the biggest flog in WORLD SPORT.

He'll never win a slam, and I hope he doesn't because he's an embarrassing fool.

Tomic needs to check these sporting feats:
1/ Dermie and Dipper in the 1989 Grand Final.
2/ Rick McCosker in the Centenary Test.
3/ Roycroft in the 1954 Olympics, etc ,etc,etc.

These people had heart, played for their team/country injured, and never gave up.

Tomic's heart is smaller than his brain (pea size).

27 degrees and he quits ??
And he still gets paid??

Give us all a break Bernard and just go away......

Ash has heart.

But Kyrgios, he ain't a character, he's a drama queen, and easily the biggest idiot I've ever seen in any sport.
Tennis definitely DOES NOT NEED HIM.
I didn't read any papers today btw.....

Didn't you watch his game at the Oz Open?
That was easily the weakest and most cringeworthy effort ever by any Australian sportsperson.

He does it over and over again, and it's always someone else's fault, never his.

Wish he and Bernard would just move to another country.

whenever someone goes on a rant about Nick but says that line, i just tune out. you can have a go about Nick in a lot of areas but he is talented enough to beat anyone on his day. the talent is already there.you are failing to see that when you say that line.

as for Tomic, he just doesnt work hard enough on the training field and has no confidence on his fitness levels. he does give up too easily

but we must not question his courage(which is what you indicating) but rather his love of the sport at this stage. there is giving up cause you dont think you can win and then there is giving up because you dont care anyone. the last couple of matches has me concerned about the later.
