yeah. Plus she went down *0-30 at 6-5* serving and recovered to win not only that game but also the match. just good hitting, angles and everything you expect from her.

Great win Barty. 3 top 20 wins this week. Think her current rank is 31 after this week regardless what happens tomorrow(i always read the table wrong though). a career-high nonetheless and she should be seeded at the Aus Open. Massive.

I think i worked out Ash can rise to #18 in the world if she wins the tournament

but Ash making the final here in Wuhan gives her enough pts to almost certainly qualify for the WTA Elite Trophy (Singles) in Zhuhai which follows the WTA Tour Finals (Doubles) in Singapore.
