I was tempted to and i reckon his performances warrant it but i do remember the coaches had him in the vfl at the start of the year so he might need a few more good performances before getting to the green category with them.

Needs to get that hungry little bit of arrogance out of his game. I think it is due to missing out for so long wants to prove himself and get as many touches as he can. He needs to realize he will play every week if he does the team things every time. Stop trying to make yourself look great and do too much. It makes him a lesser player then what he is and I think he could be very good.

It is a great summary. I'd actually put Tuohy in red in addition to Menegola AND Bewsy in green!

I don't know if its arrogance (in his interviews he doesnt seem that type) but when you have been out of teams a long time and come in you are desperate to have help the team and you think you need to have 30 and 3 every week to do it. As you understand your role and get wiser you realise you can help the team as much by shepherds or handballing to a teammate etc.

But yes i agree the more team oriented he becomes the better player he will be. Certainly has lots of ability for a player we picked so late in the draft-Wells has done well.

I think we kind of agree. He def has a bit of arrogance which is good but team first stop trying to do too much and prove you can rack up 30. I'd rather 25 and smart team choices. That arrogant kick on his left started Hawks chain of goals. He messed up the kick was no need

I have Linc in because we need a smart small forward which Linc is. He is back in 2-4 weeks and form permitting could be playing finals. Parsons unlucky too. Buzza, yes is inexperienced but crashes packs something we haven't had in along time. With Linc and Parfitt crumbling this could be deadly.

Kolo can be the third tall defender. If he plays poorly in the coming weeks then maybe Thurlow could take his place in the 22.

Finals team changes from yesterday:

Out: Z Guthrie, Stanley, Simpson, Parsons, Parfitt
In: J Selwood, Blicavs, Cockatoo, Duncan, Hawkins.

But have my doubts on Cockatoo returning so happy to keep Parfitt in, under that scenario. Ideally we would like to test Cockatoo in the VFL first but does not look like an option.

It is a very good side if it all comes together.

Blitz being fit is so important so they don't have to play Stanley or Buzza.

Finishing top 4 is important for Blitz and Joel. If it is not knockout they could hold them back an extra week or two pending the result.
