How will the reorganising work exactly? Will higher leagues pull people from lower leagues to fill? Or just fill with randoms?

There's about 15 late entrants or first time players without a ranking who I couldn't fit in as we filled up the first 4 leagues but still had a few left over

Been about 10 guys looking for leagues since Tuesday, so I'll put in the highest ranked guys first, then work down from there with these leftover spots.

Will make a Div 5 though probably
