Well guys, thanks for that unusual narration of the Brownlow Medal count. Peripherals concerning the AFL don't inspire me any longer so for the first time I didn't bother watching the telecast. Martin deserved to win. He's pared his game down and rid himself of all the junk footy he indulged in previous seasons.

Not a fan of Martin, but he did deserve to win.

Was hoping for a schadenfreud moment, a la 1980 when Geoff Raines was as big a favourite as Martin and didn't poll a vote.

It tickled me to see the Pies fans crying about being "robbed" though. They didn't seem to think Andrew Walker was robbed in 2011.
And a couple of years ago, Howe was a Demon.

Yep, that's a great idea let's get Kevin Bartlett to adjucate it, so he can award Andrew Krakour Mark of the year instead of Andrew Walker.
