4 Colemans
6 soon to be 7 All-Australians
10 club leading goalkickers and counting
2 flags
B&F in a premiership year (a 3rd, 5th and 6th in runner-up years, 4th in a prelim year)
On track for 300 games and 1000 goals (269 games, 856 goals)
Not to mention that past accolades and stats, he's just an amazing footballer to watch. Some of the goals he kicks are unreal, late in games from 50 to bring his side back in it or runs down the wings - 2 goal of the year wins already.

Without a doubt will be inducted as a legend in a couple of decades.
At 856 goals I think he is on target for getting 1000 goals in the early rounds of the 2020 season.

Even as someone who was clearly hoping for Kennedy to get another Coleman, when Franklin starts to get on a roll like he did yesterday, you can't help but cheer it on wholeheartedly. He is infectious. If any player was to kick a bag against your team, it might as well be him.

Worthy winner, well done Lance.

Kennedy may have got it had he played the other 5 games but he also could have gone goalless in each too.

Will be a heck of a season in 2018 with a fit Naitanui back giving the Eagles mids first use and if Kennedy and Franklin both stay healthy could be a hell of a shootout.

Buddy won the Coleman because Kennedy was injured for 4-5 weeks. That is luck based.
Fitness is important. We could also say Dangerfield won the Brownlow due to luck as when Ablett got injured he was well ahead in the Brownlow count and in very good form as well.
