Good ol' DePendlebury doing it again.

Interesting vote breakdown:

In wins: Pendlebury 19 votes, Howe 6
In losses: Pendles 15 votes, Howe 23

Goes to show that the common perception that it is a problem if you have a defender winning B & F's is holding up.

I remember when Jimmy Clement won his B&Fs he said he would rather not win them, as it meant the ball was down there too much.

Just an observation Adams hasn't fgured in the last three weeks results and we've been smashed around the ball all three weeks

Adams hasn't fired a shot since he sledged Melbourne in the media.

It's going to be interesting to see who wins from here given that Pendles is now out indefinitely.

We have a new (equal) leader! Popular thinking is that Treloar has had a poor year, well if finishing in our best 5 players on 12 of 17 of our games is poor (+ he missed a game, so it's really 12/16) we'll certainly take that.

Any one of the top 5 can win it I think. Also worth noting that De Goey is now our highest scoring player since the bye. The boy is going very well.

Only 13 votes between those that missed the Top 5! Certainly validates my opinion that this was the easiest game to vote on all year.

Yep that's the 5 I picked. Only had Langdon slightly ahead of Treloar.

That seals it - with one game to go, TAYLOR ADAMS is our champ for 2017. Apart from a small dip in form mid season, he's been our best and most consistent player. Well done Tay!

Will do a full wrap up after next round.

Out of intrigue, i'm staggered Taylor Adams is the boards choice as player of the year.

Long may the democratic system rein, but i'm stunned lol.
