Starcevich smashed the athletic testing at the WA state combine, and towards the end of the season it was clear he'd gone up a notch with his fitness.
From what I've seen Stoddart is probably the next best version of what Hunter Clark brings, then there's McGannon if you want to try your luck with a late selection, though apparently he tested really poorly in the 20 m sprint at the combine?
Good spotting with McGannon, has a very nice, accurate, long kick. Generally an outside player but will find more of the ball as he develops. Might last to a rookie pick and just sneaks into the draft, born 27th of December

From what little I've seen he's certainly not a 3.28s 20 m sprint on the footy field.

As good a forward as he can be, I think he lacks the pace to use #30 on him. We should be more focused on mids, and perhaps consider a small forward later on.

If this is Gryan I have had the same thought. But his endurance and disposal numbers give me hope he can be a quality mid-forward

Would rather take the risk on Sambono late, and deploy Fisher as a permanent forward to work with Pickett and Silvagni around the two talls.
Petrevski-Seton, Cripps, Lang, Thomas, Murphy, Cuningham, Kennedy and Simpson can rotate through the 6th spot, not to mention Wright, Mullett, LeBois and Polson sitting in the reserves.
Will be interesting to see where Sambono may end up. Has freakish talent but possibly a high flight risk.
IMO Fisher is a pure mid. All our mids have the ability to play through the forward line. LeBois & Wright are the only real small forwards

That's good to hear because he looks alright as a footballer. With no pick between 30 and 73, it's just a case of what's left really. But i wouldn't mind giving a go to a 17yo with plenty of scope to improve.

Stoddart is in contention at 30, ball magnet at junior level
Have others that are of interest at 30 that i think will slide, Spargo would be a great pick up
FWIW - Apparently Dogs draftees had 3 key criteria to fulfil to get picked:
High possessions (can read the play)
High contested possessions (can win their own ball)
High tackle numbers (will keep working when their team lost possession)
This is how they ended up with Caleb Daniel when no one else would give him a go.
