I think that kid is a natural footballer with great hands, a great understanding of the ball in flight and a lovely shoe.
Reminds me of Fyfe with a better kick
Sound like a ripper, maybe Silvagni & Brodie will surprise us all at 3

I would expect you would have talked to a lot of kids and their parents this past fortnight.Someone posted on our board that we have been talking to N Murphy and his parents, could be a left field pick at #5
I hope not
LDU was actually seen by Brisbane as the most likely flight riskWell I aint arguing with that
Why the knock on UDL did he interview poorly ?
Who cares. It’s a draft rumours thread not a pissing contest*points to official league premiership records ... laughs*

Of interest, how do Swans fans feel about your haul in the Blues BF Phantom (on our board)? I tried to address needs and get best available while being realistic as to who might actually fall. 3 picks in at this point.

Yes you can’t blame them for being gun shy at all. And they saw LDU as the biggest flight risk. They’ll take Rayner and hope Fogarty gets throughYou can't blame them for being gun shy, geez they have lost a few over the years
They seem to think Rayner is slightly ahead of Brayshaw at the moment
thisRayner but they should pick Brayshaw
Just had a look,
your work was not to my tastes
LOB, Clavarino and Wooler have not been on my radar, infact I probably think LOB+ Clavarino are busts
don't think we really need a KPD either
but hey, we probably pick them all up now
Fair cop - a lot of conjecture and disagreement on your board about your players of need/desire. Behind Alirr, Grundy and Reid (swingman) I wasn't convinced of your KPP depth. Also having lost a few taller defenders (Laidler, Johnson) and with Clav's rebound game - felt it was fair. Have also now funnily seen LOB's name bandied around at your pick by a few - maybe I've willed it into being!I'd prefer Petty in the 2nd round. Even though I'm a huge fan of OBien if Richards and Murphy are there or LFog I feel we would take one of those 3
Are you completely forgetting the pick 20 or so in next year's draft that you're giving away?So at this stage the Gibbs deal looks even better..
Pick 10 + upgrade 2017 pick 40 to pick 30 + Bulldogs future second rounder + Kennedy
for
Gibbs + future third

And get Adelaide’s second rounder back. So it’s a move back of 10 spots at most. Plus Carlton will have 3 second rounders anyway. Are you completely forgetting the pick 20 or so in next year's draft that you're giving away?

Carlton are a very good chance to be bottom two. The Crows and Bulldogs second round picks are almost the same as your third. And get Adelaide’s second rounder back. So it’s a move back of 10 spots at most. Plus Carlton will have 3 second rounders anyway.
According to a reliable source of the North board we are into worpel.
If we took him at 4 we need to sack anyone that nodded their heads in agreement. 23 would be early - which I wouldn't mind. With 23?
Hopefully 4!With 23?
Not a chance for bottom two with north and Gold Coast.Carlton are a very good chance to be bottom two. The Crows and Bulldogs second round picks are almost the same as your third.
Picks won’t be in the late 30’s. Dogs could easily finish bottom half. Adelaide could finish bottom half of the 8. You never know. Carlton hands down won that tradeIt will actually be something like
Gibbs + 2017 pick 40, 2018 pick 22 or so, and 2018 pick 40 or so
For
Pick 10, 2017 pick 30, two 2018 picks in the late 30s and Matt Kennedy.
North will finish in the top 8.Not a chance for bottom two with north and Gold Coast.
time to get off the crack mate. You’re dreamingNorth will finish in the top 8.
I wasn’t saying we’d be playing finals. As I realistically know we won’t be. As I know north won’t either. And surely you don’t think they will as well? There’s no way the make the 8I could understand decent clubs hanging crap on North, but for a team who hasn’t finished on top of them for years. What would make North finishing higher than Carlton any different next year. Gibbs is a bigger loss than Mullet and Hansen. Let’s just face it we both currently suck.
Here here, so if you have any contacts are you hearing anything re who we're picking?Who cares. It’s a draft rumours thread not a pissing contest
