Depends what they mean by ‘early’ pick.

Anything before the 4th round would be early for him.

Pretty sure coffield would go at 6 if that's how it panned out.

Brayshaw at 7 would be good for us and maybe we'd go Stephenson at 8. We're meant to be prioritising kicking skills though so maybe we'd go Clarke. Throw a dart at them really - who knows.....

Would make sense Fogarty selection could go anywhere though. Bonnar is the most interesting pick of the first round!

We are continually linked to Oscar Allen at pick 13 but I think there's a reasonable chance we are playing funny buggers and will pull a pick from left field like last year.

Hunter Clark is the other name that seems to come up regularly for the Eagles, while I like the idea of Clark i'm not as sold on Allen as our first pick.

The main interest as far as I am aware has always been Port. A couple of clubs have had a passing interest including the Saints, West Coast more recently.

Comes from a purely football background. Played GFL seniors football at 16 which is the best country league in Victoria.

Have never really understood this - once a kid is at a club for a few months and ingrained within the playing group and culture, who they supported/wanted to play for pre-draft would become an afterthought.

Agree, either of these two young guns would be a great acquisition for CFC.
I lean towards Rayner for his offensive value and Xfactor , as he develops will be a very handy part time midfielder too.

Well not sure if very keen is accurate - but a recent interview on SEN? he was talking to Watson about potentially playing for Essendon. Just joking around but reckon he might be a bomber one day

Source is a buddy who plays for Jets who is friends with Rayner (knows what's going on)
