But realistically Austin/Goddard KPD combo isn’t to shabby.

Thanks - if you factor in where each team likely finishes the future second in a super draft and pick 16 almost cancel each other out. As does the future second/future third. So could end up as 16 + 36 for 19 + 37.

In fairness to both Peppy and Mike, QldBB clearly enjoyed the "triggering" enough to stalk Peppy on the Freo board and repeat the rumour.

I find it interesting that some rumours appear to stay on team boards.

I have no contacts so don't know the veracity of every rumour.

On the Brisbane board the main rumours (all from the one poster/source) are:

Dow is considered a flight risk as he does not want to move interstate.

Brisbane's recruiters have concerns over LDU’s drive, and if he wants “it” enough.

So it’s down to two, Rayner and Brayshaw.

Rayner’s endurance is a concern. Just how much of a concern is not known.

Brayshaw essentially ticks all the boxes. He’s a professional, is a high character kid, a future leader, not considered a go home risk, and good skills across the board. All up, Brayshaw is a safe pick.


Having recently visited the Fremantle board, it's interesting that there is no mention of Dow not wanting to move interstate, or questions over LDU's drive.

There is a rumour that Cerra is considered a flight risk due to his Victorian girlfriend.
