I am hoping we take Rayner in the draft. I think he is the sort of player who will bring a real element of excitement to the club and we have to back in our ability to retain him beyond his initial contract.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.....vote YESI personally feel Walsh easily based on under 17 years. Dow has come on lateish, not that there is anything wrong with that. But Walsh has been truly dominant this year.
Crows are balls deep into Himmelberg. Would be very surprised if he comes here.If we lose Schache I would consider Himmelberg as a replacement, I think he would compliment Hippy well.

Stephenson for me.
Based of course on a comprehensive study of his career to date:-
The usual grab-bag of You Tube highlights.![]()
I'm actually in the trade 1 for St Kilda's 7+8. Think it is actually quite even across the first 10 or so players. Coffield, Brayshaw and Clarke around that area and eventhough he had a shocker of a year D.Fogarty. Would also trade up in the top 10 with our 12 and 18 for maybe Pies 6 and 36 or even Dogs 9 and 24.Luke Davies-Uniacke.

Think you wil find he re signed with GWS a few weeks backIf we lose Schache I would consider Himmelberg as a replacement, I think he would compliment Hippy well.
I know the Crows were going after him fairly hard a while ago. Didn't realised he re-signed. Looks very promising. He just signed an extension at GWS.
Pretty sure we made inquiries as well. But all in vein. Another who can swing forward and back on smalls and talls, athletic. Would have been a great get.I know the Crows were going after him fairly hard a while ago. Didn't realised he re-signed. Looks very promising.

So what you're actually saying is he is on the market?
Saw him at Brisbane airport this morning. Skipping out on GWS's mad Monday. Doesn't get more definite than that.Is he visiting his parents in the off season? Clear sign he wants out.

Whos worth more? Schache Or Himmelberg.Brisbane believe he is gettable despite extending his contract with GWS only weeks ago. Reports have emerged that Brisbane and GWS may have already had informal discussions about what a trade for Himmelberg might look like......
