Jiath - from GippslandGiaff? (dunno his last name first time I've really noticed him) done something absolutely exciting things today. Humungous potential.
If we took LDU (who has average pace), I would be looking for someone with genuine speed at our next pick.

Bit bigger, has a very good tank, and has good speed off the mark.Very much in the Matho mould.
I'd also love to target an elite outside runner, we don't really have anyone who can fill that role at the moment. If we took LDU (who has average pace), I would be looking for someone with genuine speed at our next pick.
WA win by 29-points. Country wasted their opportunities at the start of the quarter then WA finished really strongly.
No real four quarter performance from anyone from Country, but LDU and Worpel were probably the best. Clark, O'Brien, Dow, Parish had their moments too. As has been mentioned before Walsh will be one to monitor for next year.
For WA Patmore was really creative and finished with 30+. His disposal is hit-and-miss but there's something there to work with. Ainsworth was probably BOG while Allen looks a likely key forward for this year, however the best key forward was under-ager Jiath (Hawthorn academy). Hill was flashy but will be one to watch next year - crazy skills. Naughton (key defender) was very sturdy in defence and will probably be one of the first WA kids picked.
Yep, there was a weird anecdote during the broadcast on how he hates training and only switches on for games, but that has all changed this year leading to him being named WA captain... this leads me to think he could have a decent upside in a professional environment. That said, it won't be with us.Naughton looks a great athlete. Lots of upside.
