Assuming no trades of picks or players (which I think is unlikely) I'd like us to go this way in the draft.

1- Luke Davies-Uniacke. Love Jaidyn Stephenson but think he is a risk at number 1.
12- Hunter Clark > Lochie O'Brien.
18- Aiden Bonar > James Worpel.

19 (Rocky compo)- To the Crows for our boy Charlie Cameron.

+ Connor Ballenden and Adam Sambono or Sam Switkowski. Pass on Jack Payne unless he gets through to a rookie selection. I'll leave it up to Noble and co to work out how we get the points to match a Ballenden bid, hopefully after we get our hands on Bonar.

109- Luke Hodge :):D

Very, from the quotes he went beyond the usual robotic response if you were hesitant to move interstate, ie.

Rayner revealed he was asked by the Lions about that possibility when interviewed by them, but the Western Jets star insisted he would be in for the long haul if he was recruited by the wooden spooners.

"I've been wanting to play footy since I was a little kid so I would move halfway across the world to play so I'm not really fussed about that. I'd be fine."

Welcome to Brisbane Cam Rayner.

The Lions have had issues with top draft selections wanting to return home to Victoria in the past, but Rayner said that would not be the case with him if he made the move north.

"I don't think that's in my make-up, I feel if I was to go to a club you'd want to get the best out of the club and the best out of the player," he said.

"I've been wanting to play footy since I was a little kid so I would move halfway across the world to play."

love this comment from that article:

Training with the Kangaroos confirmed for Stephenson that playing footy is what he wanted to do with his life.

"It was a lot more relaxed than I thought it was," he said. "I thought it was going to be really disciplinarian and all that sort of stuff. But it's pretty relaxed and it's a pretty good lifestyle, and as much as it's hard, you're still doing something you enjoy so it's heaps better than going and digging holes."

Great attitude. Says he doesn't think he is on our radar but i'd happy to have a kid with perspective and insight when only 17/18.

Walk the dog, rock the baby, around the world....

Thank you for that somewhat expected (almost included it in my post as a defence against the reply) if not all that helpful reply my friend. ;)

So ... any takers on what it means from a Draft Combine perspective?

*waits for either a helpful response or a take on Ferris!*

The Yo-Yo Endurance Test (continuous) is a variation of the beep test, part of the yo-yo testseries developed by the Danish soccer physiologist Jens Bangsbo. There are two versions of this test: Level 1 & 2 (a beginners and advanced level). The level one test is effectively the same as the standard beep test.

Gee that's painfully slow from payne. I would expect that from a bloke in his 40s
Spot on Sizey. When I was 41, I run 3.62 and I have never been a quick runner.
Thats is crap. Rookie at best after that.

Would be considered above average, especially for size.
Apologies for Jack Payne - glitch in system - ran 2.98 quickest of his 3!

Thats pretty quick for a guy of his build, he's a pretty big lad from what i've seen of him. I'd be definitely looking at him for a spot with that sort of speed and the play he's shown.
