Good fixture, only 4 6-day breaks and play mostly at traditional grounds. No trips to Darwin/Tasmania, etc.

Aside from Essendon, all teams expected to go backwards next year. I don't mind it. North did a clean out. West Coast without Naitanui. Richmond no Deledio. Geelong lost a host of players too.

I'm actually staggered we are playing 4 Vic clubs twice (North, Geel, Rich, Ess). I think the fixture is good as we could have hoped.

It would have been nice if Ess was replaced with Bris, GC or Carl but you can't have everything.
