NRoo and Buddy types are always a VC option if you're game enough.

I want total points only, lots of teams die in rds 18 onwards as they run out of trades

Haven't heard much about Chad Wingard. Seems unbelievably good value considering he's very durable, and has gone 22 games/98 average twice already in his career. Can any Port supporters indicate his drop off in points for 2016? Seems he goes 1 up year, 1 down year.

Is it Heeney being in the same price bracket, and Ryder also providing cover that's putting people off?

Yeah for sure. I don't have many R9 players though, so he works for me. Wingard, Eddy, SPP, Swallow. I wouldn't have more than 4 though.

Tossing him up with Caddy for F2 and if Heeney does get a gig in the mid rotations I see them averaging around the same.
the 50k saved would help with DEF.

I had Touk in my initial squad.

I guess its out of him, Bennell and Heeney for my F4 spot.

I think it's best to wait on Touk, the first 8 rounds will give us a good understanding of his role and if he is getting plenty of minutes bring him in afterwards. Expecting GCs primary midfield rotation will involve Ablett, Barlow, Swallow, Hanley, Touk, Hall, Rosa and Lyons. That's a very handy group.

Reckon he's a good option and at this early stage the likeliest in that 350-450 price bracket (guess Bennell, Ryder, Edwards, Christensen, Higgins, Miller, Heeney etc.) to be a genuine keeper, e.g. if talk of more midfield time is on the money. Has proven he can do it, is generally durable.

Rd 9 bye for teams with GCS Lynch, Ryder etc., seemingly some general pessimism on Port's chances might turn some off, alongside Jekyll / Hyde pattern across years.

Wtf am I doing????? I've just put the Chad in to my side to see what it looked like. So much for my never again list....

If i knew Ken would play him on the ball he'd be a no brainer. But Ken has no brains so sits him in the fwd line getting cold for quarters on end....

I'm just such a massive fav of slotting in my DPP types FWD. Call it stubborn.

Roo, Roo, Roo....... huge ?.

Lids. I'm just not feeling him. Gut feel says will end in frustration. Happy to be wrong though.

I'm thinking Dahlhaus is easily ahead of Macrae. Why has Macrae been so 'in and out' Titch at Swans styles at Swans.
