I'm just such a massive fav of slotting in my DPP types FWD. Call it stubborn.

Roo, Roo, Roo....... huge ?.

Lids. I'm just not feeling him. Gut feel says will end in frustration. Happy to be wrong though.

I'm thinking Dahlhaus is easily ahead of Macrae. Why has Macrae been so 'in and out' Titch at Swans styles at Swans.

I think we've seen the best of dahl.
Other doggies will improve scoring wise around him is my gut feel

I always thought Macrae was a bit like Kelly/Gaff, more suited to Fantasy whereas Dollhouse was a contested ball beast

Could be wrong go you pups ?

Is it confirmed Heeney will have a go at TMitch's old roll?
Tossing him up with Caddy for F2 and if Heeney does get a gig in the mid rotations I see them averaging around the same.
the 50k saved would help with DEF.
Stay away from Caddy at all costs

Yeah? I thought he only just got going again. Flourish too being surrounded by talent or lost in mix? Hmmm...

Lost in mix as they become more direct with some key fwds back is my current thinking.

They still lack a 1st choice ruckmen and they finished 7th on the ladder.

Had a dream finals run and were absolutely the best team in September.

If there was no bye before finals do we all rate them as highly? I'm not so sure

Loving the Chad at $440k

In 2015, with an interrupted preseason, he averaged 98 and played 22 matches :thumbsu:

In 2016, after a full preseason, he started with a bang, scoring 125 in round 1 :thumbsu:
Then in round 2, he injured his hammy :thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
He missed round 3, then obviously came back too soon, played rounds 4 and 5, only to miss round 6 because of that injury
He came back in round 7, had a few weeks to get back up to fitness, then started pumping out decent scores :thumbsu:

from round 7 to round 21, he averaged 84 :thumbsu:
from round 7 to round 20 (taking out the injury effected round 21), he averaged 88 :thumbsu::thumbsu:
take out the 3 injury effected matches (rounds 2, 5 and 21), he averaged 89 :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:
the period where he was back to full fitness and back in form (round 9 to 20), he averaged 92 :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

The only worry I have with Wingard, is that he has now become "injury prone"
I don't think that is the case, so at $440k, with 90+++ potential, he's :lock:

edit: throw in some concussion issues last year that didn't help

Couldn't disagree more. Taking my Richmond bias away, he will be playing a lot more midfield minutes, all inside. That automatically helps his average. Plus the odd goal or two when he rests forward. Don't see why anyone would stay away but hey, I'm more than happy to have him locked in.

We will see.

Yes we will.

I hope you are prepared to either waste an early trade getting rid of him or be prepared to lose cash

Don't care if he loses cash initially, as long as he gets to around that 95-100 average for the year that's all I expect from him.
Luckily enough, I know you can't tell the future, so I'll take your opinion on board, but that's about it.

Look your right, no one knows what is going to happen. He could average 95-100, but to say i will be shocked qould be a massive understatement

Yeah but on the other hand I won't be shocked, so it looks like we are where we started. Both not knowing any better.

Slight alteration to this analysis. Chad got delayed concussion in round five and missed round six because of concussion. Plenty of people seemed to think the concussion had a significant impact. Don't know if this makes him more or less attractive for SuperCoach this year. Also, he missed the start of preseason because he was stuck in Bali with volcanic ash! Chad should average a decent score in non injured games. I have in my team atm but I am trying to minimise risky picks and I would prefer if he was Dpp.

I'm locking Caddy in to RDT, but, he sprays it too much to be an auto select in SC.
